The Club is the place for post course meetings, for
creative and cultural activities; place where children could meet and keep
in touch with their new friends, where they could share thought and receive
support, as well as a place for solitude and reflection. Main goal of the
club is transformation of the positive results obtained by the participants
during Educo courses in their everyday life. The individual and group
activities in the club are designed to broaden the knowledge and to perfect
the skills acquired during the courses with the use of methods and
techniques applicable indoors.
Members of the club are children and teenagers that
have participated in the open enrolment courses, in the specialized courses
(on the program "Children at risk") and in the international
courses of Educo Bulgaria. If children and teenagers who have not taken
part in Educo courses wish to join the club, they by will be allowed. First
they will be acquainted with the main activities of Educo Bulgaria and after
their motivated participation in an Educo course will be accepted as full
members of the club.
The activities of the club include:
- Organization and carrying out of traditional post course meetings
with the participants one week after the end of each course;
- Video library - documentaries, popular science and feature movies on
the following topics: Universe, Earth, Nature, Geography, Discoveries,
History, Art, Ecology, Travels and Expeditions;
- Feature movies: dramas, adventures, comedies;
- Library for the club members - books corresponding to the age and
interests of the participants;
- Creative art activities - drawing, art work using different methods
and materials;
- Specialized indoor games for teamwork, conflict resolution,
challenge games and games for development of leadership skills;
- Individual conversations, personal sharing, counseling, advice and
practical help;
- Time and place for solitude and reflection;
- Meetings with prominent people in a specific field, charity
exhibitions, publishing of a club newsletter.
The club will be open four hours, four days a week in a
convenient time for the participants. The daily
program will be a combination of the
above-stated activities. The participants will choose when to attend the
club depending of their age and interests.

Training on Rendering First Aid in Cases of
Accedents for Children in
School Age
It
is impossible to protect children against incidents if we they are not
taught how to guard themselves. Nevertheless incidents happen and often
children are just all by themselves. In these cases the health or life of
their classmates and friends depend only on the children’s self-control,
knowledge and skills.
Training to groups of minimum 5 participants is held from 6.00 pm till 7.30 pm.
Participation fee: 30.00 BGN for 10 school hours.

- Structure of the human body.
- Functions of the organs in the human body.
- How to proceed when witnessing an incident?
- First aid in injury/trauma.
- First aid in burning, heat stroke and sunstroke.
- First aid in sprain, luxation, fracture.
- Poisoning – what to do?
- What is concussion of the brain?
- What is epilepsy? What should we know about the epileptic fits?
- Diabetes – what is this? What should we do if a diabetic friend
feels faint?
- Why are drugs dangerous?
- If someone resorts to violence against me or someone else?
- How to protect myself against accedents?
Training on Rendering First Aid in Cases of Accedents in Extreme Sports
Practicing
extreme sports is connected with relatively higher risk of incidents and
traumas. In most cases with respect to the place and the heaviness of the
trauma rendering first aid immediately is decisive about the life and health
of the injured person. That is why the people that practice extreme sports
should have the knowledge and skills to render first aid.
Training to groups of minimum 5 participants is held from 6.00 pm till 7.30 pm.
Participation fee: 37.00 BGN for 10 school hours.

- General knowledge about human’s anatomy and physiology.
- Life dangerous conditions – respiratory and cardiovascular
insufficiency, acute blood loss. Shock.
- Respiratory and cardiac reanimation.
- Wounds – kinds of wounds. First aid.
- Harms to the organism caused by high temperature.
- Traumas of the locomotive system. The characteristic traumas of
different sports. First aid.
- Skull traumas. Traumas of the spinal cord. First aid.
- Emergency in cases of sharpened chronic illnesses as a result of
extreme loading. First aid.
- Prevention of traumatism and damages.
